Conference Hotels and Reservation Methods

Delegates, exhibitors and sponsors of the 2010 RIMS Canada Conference - Gateway to Excellence are invited to reserve their guest rooms at any of the host hotels listed below. Each of these exceptional properties has a significant portion of their available guest rooms reserved for the Gateway to Excellence Conference with preferrred rates from September 24, 2010 through September 29, 2010. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel.

PLEASE NOTE: Reservation made after August 25, 2010 will be subject to the hotel's prevailing rates.

The 2010 RIMS Canada Conference – Gateway to Excellence is located at the Shaw Conference Centre adjacent to the beautiful Edmonton River Valley. All of the conference hotels are conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Shaw Conference Centre. As a result shuttle service will be offered for the Tuesday Evening Formal only. Each of the six hotels will have walking directions prominently displayed in their respective lobbies for your convenience.

We have also arranged courtesy passes for the Edmonton Transit System. These passes will be available at both the Edmonton Economic Development Corporation booth within the Exhibit Hall and at the 2010 RIMS Canada Conference Registration desk.
